Beautiful Naples is the place where our Chef was born and where he learned the art of cooking. In his dishes, Paolo Pistola brings flavours and aromas of authentic Italian cuisine. It is authentic, because this is how fish, meats and pastas are prepared in the South of Italy.
Restaurant
Paolo`s specialities are sauces which he magically produces rather than cooks. He chooses ingredients as a painter chooses colours from his palette. It is a difficult task but, with the flavours and aromas, Paolo brings the real atmosphere of Naples to the table. Do not come to Bellanapoli if you have just ten minutes to spare or want to eat something on the run. Please, only come if you want to experience the real spirit of an Italian feast.

An aperitif will sharpen your appetite, colourful starters will tantalise your taste buds, soup would be a good introduction to an elegant dish of fish, meat, frutti di mare or even a plate of spaghetti. Wines will be matched accurately to all dishes disclosing the secrets of the most famous vineyards. The joy of tasting and eating will be prolonged by desserts and fruits but no meal would be complete without wonderful espresso.

Making the life as beautiful as we deserve it, the small glass of limoncello should be added to espresso.
